Takeover of the battery pole production of MTH Metall-Technik Halsbrücke GmbH & Co KG by WEGMANN automotive

On August 1st, 2021 the battery pole production of MTH Metall-Technik Halsbrücke GmbH & Co KG was taken over by WEGMANN automotive GmbH, the world market leader for balancing weights and battery bushings.
WEGMANN automotive, based in Veitshöchheim, Bavaria, will continue the manufacturing, sales and delivery activities worldwide for industrial poles. The production site will remain in Europe and employees will be retained. The industrial poles will be integrated into the product portfolio of HOFMANN POWER SOLUTIONS, a brand of WEGMANN automotive, which produces and distributes battery poles and cone pole sleeves.
