SHOP FAQ
Online-Shop
- You can find products by entering search terms or by following the relevant navigation points. On the product detail page you can add the item in the desired quantity to the shopping cart or an order list.
- In the Quick Order section, you can either import the desired item numbers and quantities into your shopping cart using a compiled Excel list or enter them in the Quick Order list. These two functions allow you to quickly add many products to the shopping cart at once.
- If you have order lists stored in your customer account, you can use them to quickly add the products you have marked to the shopping cart.
- If you have already placed an order in our online store and would like to repeat it, you can carry out this new order with a few simple steps in the Orders section.
- You are already in the overview of your shopping cart and notice that you are still missing an article? In the field Enter product number in the shopping cart overview you can enter the desired item number. With a click on the checkmark this will be added to the shopping cart. There you can still adjust the desired quantity.

Logistics/Delivery
The packing of your order takes place in our own logistics center in Veitshöchheim. An overview of the transport costs per order can be found in the corresponding table. If you place an order with a total value of at least € 250.00, the delivery costs are free of charge.
