Terms and Conditions of Participation

1. Organizer

The organizer of the "TURBO TUESDAY" campaign is WEGMANN automotive GmbH, Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 6, 97209 Veitshöchheim. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The organizer reserves the right to adjust or prematurely terminate the promotion if there are objective reasons to do so.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility is restricted exclusively to companies with their registered office in Europe and their authorized employees.

Excluded from participation are:

Private individuals.
Resellers.
Employees of WEGMANN automotive GmbH and the entire WEGMANN Group.

3. Campaign Period & Reservation

The "TURBO TUESDAY" campaign takes place weekly every Tuesday in the period from September 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026 (from 00:00 to 23:59 in each case).

On each of these campaign days, participants can expect a new, changing surprise promotion (e.g., exclusive discounts, bundle benefits, or free gifts).

The respective offer of the day and the specific product conditions applicable to it will only be announced on the respective Tuesday in the official B2B Partner Shop. There is no entitlement to the execution of specific promotions on specific Tuesdays or a repetition of previous Tuesday promotions.

4. Participation & Receiving the Offers

Participation is automatic when a participant purchases a product qualified for the daily promotion via the official WEGMANN automotive B2B Partner Shop on the respective Tuesday during the campaign period. The exact qualified products and the respective beneficial conditions will be displayed in the shop on the respective campaign day.

Supplementary conditions for free gifts:

Should the daily promotion include a free gift, the following conditions apply:

The shipping of the free gift will take place afterwards and will be processed as a separate order.
The gift is not displayed in the shopping cart and does not need to be added manually.
The entitlement to free gifts only exists while stocks last. Any claim to cash payment or replacement delivery if stocks are exhausted is excluded.

5. Data Protection, Security & Exclusion of Abuse

Regulations and exclusion of abusive orders

(a) The promotion is aimed exclusively at regular business operations. Orders in unusual bulk quantities, made purely for the purpose of hoarding free gifts, may be canceled by the organizer.

(b) Subsequent addition of free gifts or the application of discounts to orders placed outside the respective campaign day (period: September 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026, only Tuesdays, 00:00 - 23:59) is excluded.

(c) In the event of a full or partial return or cancellation of the qualified promotional TPMS products that led to receiving a free gift, the claim to the free product expires. It must be returned unopened and undamaged to the organizer or will be billed subsequently at the regular retail price.

(d) Data protection notice: The organizer processes the personal data collected during the ordering process (e.g., name of contact person, company name, delivery address, email address) for the execution and processing of the "TURBO TUESDAY" campaign (including shipping of free gifts) based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in customer loyalty and sales promotion). Disclosure to third parties will only occur to the extent absolutely necessary for the logistics and shipping of the campaign benefits.
