TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Participation Requirements
Submission photos must show dirty hands resulting from typical tire service work in automotive and tire services. The submission photos must show dirty hands resulting from mounting/dismounting wheels and tires.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 28.07.2026 to 25.08.2026.
All 4 winners will be determined at the end of the promotion through an internal jury.
3. Prohibited Practices
The following practices result in immediate disqualification:
- Intentional immersion in oils, greases, lubricants or hydraulic fluids
- Contact with waste oil, brake fluid, adhesives, solvents or fuels
- Artificial contamination through non-operational substances or photo manipulation
The submitter confirms: proper work practices, use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), hand washing before photography, no known allergies/skin conditions.
4. Limitation of Liability
The organizer is not liable for skin irritation, allergic reactions or impairment from proper work with operating materials.
The organizer is not liable for damage caused by non-compliance with these conditions.
5. Image Processing and Data Protection
By submitting, the participant consents to:
- Storage of the submitted images
- Publication on website and social media
- Unlimited archiving
- Sharing with the jury
Revocation: In writing to marketing@wegmann-automotive.com. Deletion within 10 business days after promotion ends.
6. Exclusion of Fraudulent Submissions
Automatic exclusion for:
- Intensive, large-scale black discoloration (indication of immersion)
- Contradiction of digital metadata to creation time
- Detected photo manipulation
- Multiple submissions after winning
- Contradiction between operating location and submission location
7. Drawing and Prizes
Timing: Week 35 (late August 2026)
Winners: 4 hand care starter packages according to jury evaluation (2x company representatives)
Notification: Email to winners
8. Final Provisions
